International Collaboration HIU & RMUTT is one of the unique programs between Japan and Thailand. The Programs have been coordinated and driven by Hokkaido Information Univerity, Japan (HIU) and Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, Thailand (RMUTT) since 2011.
